15-Day Return Window

Made-to-order boots may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, boots must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the items.

Return Protocols

• Contact our partner atelier within the 15 day window at heirloomfield@gmail.com.
• Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions.
• Securely package boots in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
• Arrange for return shipping using a trackable service of your choice.
• Upon receipt, boots will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
• If approved, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
